Covers Housing is a family business, passed on from father to son.
Paul Covers started in 1973 with the rental of various properties, such as rooms, apartments, bed and breakfast and complete family houses. These homes were mainly unfurnished and rented out for an indefinite period.
In 2001 his son Arthur Covers started Covers Housing, which focuses on furnished homes for companies that can be rented for a fixed period.
In recent years Covers Housing has specialised more and more in short stay rentals and in furnishing homes for them.
Covers Housing has built a wide network of companies that often look for temporary homes for their employees.
Covers Housing is located at Nieuwegracht 26, in the middle of the Museum Quarter of Utrecht.
